The Autumn Sale 2026 is live on Steam and the EA App, and it covers all three major life sims. The Sims 4 packs are discounted up to 50%, while both InZOI and Paralives are 20% off. All three promotions run through October 8.
Here is what is on offer and where to spend your money.
The Sims 4 packs on EA App and Steam
The Sims 4's massive DLC catalogue is the main attraction of this sale, with discounts spread across Expansion Packs, Game Packs, and Stuff Packs on both the EA App store and Steam.
The headline deal is the newest Expansion Pack, Royalty & Legacy, at 25% off for $31.99 / 29.99€ / £26.24. According to Sims Community, this is the pack's lowest recorded price.
Beyond that, here is how the Expansion Pack discounts break down:
- Businesses & Hobbies and all older Expansion Packs are 50% off at $19.99 / 19.99€ / £17.49. This tier covers 18 packs, from Get to Work all the way through Life & Death.
- Enchanted by Nature is 45% off at $21.99 / 21.99€ / £19.24.
- Adventure Awaits is 30% off at $27.99 / 27.99€ / £24.99.
All 12 Game Packs sit at 30% off ($11.99 / 13.99€ / £12.59), and all 20 Stuff Packs are also 30% off ($6.99 / 6.99€ / £6.29).
If you are starting from scratch or close to it, the Steam bundle that includes every Game Pack, Stuff Pack, and every Expansion Pack through Life & Death is 45% off. Steam will subtract anything you already own, so the final price depends on your library.
InZOI at 20% off on Steam
InZOI, the Korean-developed life sim that launched in August 2025, is 20% off on Steam at $31.99 / 31.99€ / £27.99. The game has one free DLC so far, Island Getaway, and has been receiving regular free content drops and updates since release.
If you have been curious about InZOI's more grounded visual style and its growing modding support, this is the cheapest the base game has been.
Paralives at its lowest price yet
Paralives, the indie life sim that entered Early Access in May 2026, is also 20% off on Steam at $31.99 / 31.19€ / £26.80. Sims Community notes this is the game's lowest price since launch.
Paralives is also part of several Steam bundles with other indie titles, including a 33% off bundle with Unpacking, 30% off with House Flipper 2, and smaller discounts paired with Dorfromantik, ReStory, Dressmaker, and Dwarf Fortress. If any of those games are already on your wishlist, the bundles stack the savings.

Where to start if you are new to life sims
For players who have never touched the genre, The Sims 4 base game is free to play, so you can try it before spending anything on packs. InZOI and Paralives both cost the same $31.99 on sale, but they are very different: InZOI aims for visual realism and a more grounded tone, while Paralives takes a cozy, stylized approach with a strong building system.
All three sales end October 8, so you have about a week to decide.
