The Steam and EA App autumn sales are live, and all three major life sims are discounted at the same time. The Sims 4 packs are up to 50% off, while InZOI and Paralives are both 20% off on Steam. Here is what each sale includes and what you will actually pay.
The Sims 4 packs on Steam and the EA App
EA's autumn sale covers Expansion Packs, Game Packs, and Stuff Packs on both Steam and the EA App, with discount tiers that depend on how recently a pack was released.
The newest Expansion Pack, Royalty & Legacy, is at its lowest recorded discount so far: 25% off, bringing it to $31.99 / €29.99 / £26.24. Adventure Awaits is 30% off at $27.99 / €27.99 / £24.99, and Enchanted by Nature is 45% off at $21.99 / €21.99 / £19.24. Every older Expansion Pack from Businesses & Hobbies back to Get to Work is a flat 50% off at $19.99 / €19.99 / £17.49. That covers 18 packs in total.
All 12 Game Packs are 30% off at $11.99 / €13.99 / £12.59 each. All 20 Stuff Packs are also 30% off at $6.99 / €6.99 / £6.29 each.
If you are starting from scratch or close to it, Steam has a Sims 4 Collection bundle at 45% off that includes every Game Pack, Stuff Pack, and all Expansion Packs through Life & Death. That bundle does not include Businesses & Hobbies or newer expansions, so factor those in separately if you want the full set.
Between the base game going free-to-play and this round of discounts, it is a relatively cheap time to fill gaps in your pack library. If you have been eyeing the Marketplace's Maker Packs as well, pairing those with a discounted expansion or two makes for a solid haul.
InZOI on Steam
InZOI, the Korean-developed life sim from Krafton, is 20% off on Steam during the autumn sale, bringing the price to $31.99 / €31.99 / £27.99. The game launched in August 2025 and has been receiving regular free content updates since, including the Island Getaway DLC and a recent update adding script mod support and an official mod kit.
If you play The Sims 4 and have been curious about InZOI's more grounded visual style and neighborhood simulation, this is the cheapest it has been outside of a launch window deal.
Paralives on Steam
The indie life sim Paralives is also 20% off on Steam, marking its lowest price since the game entered Early Access in May 2026. That puts it at $31.99 / €31.19 / £26.80.
Paralives takes a cozier approach to the genre, and the development team has been shipping frequent patches since launch, with recent updates cutting save file sizes dramatically and adding Steam Cloud support. If you have been waiting for a price drop before trying Early Access, this is the one.
Steam also lists several Paralives bundles with other indie games, including a Paralives + House Flipper 2 bundle at 30% off and a Paralives + Unpacking bundle at 33% off.
Which deals are worth it
For Sims 4 players: the older Expansion Packs at 50% off are the strongest value here, especially if you have been putting off picks like Seasons, Cottage Living, or Horse Ranch. The 25% off Royalty & Legacy is notable mostly because it is the first meaningful discount on the newest pack.
For players who have not tried the competition: InZOI and Paralives landing at the same $31.99 price point during the same sale makes for a convenient side-by-side comparison. Both are still receiving active updates, and both scratch different itches than The Sims 4 does.
No end date has been confirmed for every platform, so check the store pages directly if you are reading this more than a few days after publication.
