EA's latest Gallery Spotlight for The Sims 4 leans hard into high school nostalgia. The Rockridge Chronicles, available now in the Gallery, bundles a full high school campus, a multi-purpose auditorium, and a household of fan-favorite Sims aged down to their teenage years.
Rockridge Heights High and the auditorium
The main build is Rockridge Heights High School, a complete campus with a two-story student lounge, cafeteria, ping-pong tables, study desks, and hallways built to support all the social gameplay from High School Years. Maxis designed the lot around schoolyard pranks, study sessions, friendships, and first loves, so it should slot right into an active save.
A separate auditorium lot accompanies the school. It's styled as a modern event venue suitable for proms, graduation ceremonies, and other milestone moments. The build includes a full stage, red carpet entrance, and event seating, which means you can host those big teen events without drafting a venue from scratch. The graduation setup shown in EA's screenshots features a podium, rows of blue-capped graduates, and a ceremony layout that looks ready to use out of the box.
Don Lothario, the Calientes, and friends as teenagers
The real hook here is the "Back in the Day" household. Maxis took some of the most recognizable names in Sims history and reimagined them as high schoolers:
Don Lothario appears before he developed his signature smooth-talking reputation. Nina and Dina Caliente are still figuring out who they are, and the official description teases that one or both of them might "find Don too." Summer Holiday, Travis Scott, and Liberty Lee are placed together before they became the inseparable friend group players know from Willow Creek, with the open question: what drama bonds them for life?
If you play legacy-style saves or enjoy building origin stories for established Sims, this household gives you a defined starting point with plenty of room to write your own version of events.
Packs used and community maker content
The Rockridge Chronicles builds pull from several packs and kits. High School Years and Discover University provide the core objects and lot types. The Mean Girls Capsule Kit, Clueless Capsule Kit, Artist Studio, and Music Den fill in additional items.
EA also spotlights three community maker packs that complement the theme: the Josephine Set by Mechtasims (a dreamy office furniture collection), the Replay Hair Set by MADLEN (six hairstyles mixing ponytails, updos, and layered cuts), and the Dear Diary! Bedroom by ValiaSims (teen bedroom clutter, cozy furniture, and "questionable fashion choices," according to its description).
How to grab them
Search for the Rockridge Chronicles builds and household in The Sims 4 Gallery. Gallery Spotlights are Maxis-created content and download directly into your library.
One timing note: a major patch arriving September 22 brings over 95 bug fixes and autonomy changes, so if you play with mods or custom content, you may want to back up your save before loading new Gallery lots around that update window.
