Paralives is expanding its wardrobe and hairstyle options with three new clothing items and three new hairstyles, all arriving as part of the game's first major free update later this year.

The Paralives Team shared the preview across its official social media accounts on September 30th, giving players a look at three Paras wearing the new additions. No item names or detailed customization info have been shared yet, but the images show a clear direction: relaxed, casual clothing with a range of hair textures and lengths.

New clothing in the preview

Each of the three Paras in the preview wears a different new wardrobe piece:

  • An oversized color-block jacket in beige, purple, and turquoise, worn over a simple white top. It has a relaxed fit with oversized sleeves and ribbed cuffs.
  • An oversized green off-the-shoulder sweater with long, loose sleeves and an asymmetrical neckline. In the group shot, it's styled with a denim skirt, ripped tights, and black boots.
  • An oversized black crewneck sweater paired with ripped jeans, a simpler piece that fits the same casual tone as the others.

The clothing leans toward layered, streetwear-adjacent looks. How much color and fit customization will be available for each piece is still unknown.

Three new hairstyles

The hairstyles shown alongside the clothing include a textured updo with loose face-framing strands, a long braided style with bangs, and a very short buzz cut. The variety across texture and length is a good sign for players who have been asking for more options in Paramaker since Paralives entered Early Access earlier this year.

Part of the first major free update

These cosmetic additions are not paid DLC. They are included in the first major Paralives content update, which the team has confirmed will be completely free and is currently planned for later in 2026.

The wardrobe and hairstyle reveal follows other recent teasers for the same update. Earlier in September, the team previewed new elementary school classes and some crime scene items that hinted at a wider range of gameplay additions coming alongside the cosmetic content.

No specific release date has been announced for the update yet.
